Teapot Artwork Prints
Artwork prints foil for glass wall in Corendon New-West Hotel in Amsterdam.
Project: The hotel’s interior design concept was influenced by the diverse nationalities of the New-West neighborhood and draws inspiration from tea ceremonies across cultures, including Morocco, China, Japan, Mexico, and South Africa. I was commissioned to create a series of seven artworks featuring teapots, each merging elements from two different cultural traditions. The designs were produced as prints on transparent foil and installed on glass walls near the elevators on each floor of the Corendon New-West Hotel in Amsterdam. Each artwork combines hand-painted layers—using acrylic, watercolor, and ink—with further development through digital graphic tools.
